ACE Maths Pro — Community Fluency data
ACE Maths Pro sends limited anonymous data to support the Community Fluency feature. This includes a randomly generated installation identifier and the installation's total number of correctly completed fluency activities.
This information is used to prevent duplicate counting and to calculate the shared Community Fluency total displayed in the app and/or on the Paul Carson Maths website. It is not combined with your name, email address or advertising identifiers.
ACE Polish Pro
ACE Polish Pro is covered by this Privacy Policy on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. The app does not require an account or ask users to provide direct personal details for its core learning features.
If a future version of ACE Polish Pro introduces online features, analytics, cloud progress, community statistics or other data collection, this policy and the relevant App Store and Google Play privacy disclosures will be updated to describe that collection before or when those features are introduced.
Technical and store data
Apple and Google may process technical, diagnostic, purchase or store-related information when you download, purchase or use an app through their services. That information is handled by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies. Paul Carson Maths does not receive your payment-card details from the app stores.
Retention and deletion
ACE Maths Pro Community Fluency records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and protect the aggregate counter. Because the installation identifier is randomly generated and is not connected to contact details, Paul Carson Maths may be unable to identify a particular record without the identifier supplied by the user.
Advertising and third parties
ACE Maths Pro and ACE Polish Pro do not sell personal information and do not use learning activity for personalised advertising. If data practices or third-party services change in a future release, this policy and the relevant store privacy disclosures will be updated.
Children
The apps do not knowingly request direct personal information from children. Parents, guardians and schools should review device-level purchase and privacy settings before allowing a child to use an app.
